It is interesting to see how different people value different aspects of a product. Even a short note like 鈥渢his size runs smaller than expected鈥?can help someone. When a store shows clear shoulder width, bust, waist and length, it is much easier to choose.

Many people do not mind waiting if they understand what is going on. A good store usually answers questions quickly and does not hide behind canned messages. Having a tracking number that works on common sites is very convenient. I have learned to avoid items that look extremely different in every product photo. If they ignore basic questions or reply with copy pasted text, I become suspicious. Loose hinges make the glasses slide down the nose again and again.
